Managing hundreds of sites and happens from time to time, the XML sitemap (both from Rank Math and Yoast) to redirect to home page!
Here is a fast solution
1) Go to Settings
2)Click Permalinks
3)Click the radio button for Custom Structure and choose /%postname%/
After these steps yo uwill see that sitemap works ok and you can submit it to Google Search Console and other search engines.
